1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact support@buytakeit.com to request a return.

2. Return Process

1. Submit a return request via email.
2. Receive approval and return instructions.
3. Ship the product back using a trackable service.
4. Wait for inspection and refund confirmation.

Note: Buyer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, excluding shipping fees.

4. Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. Request exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order will be processed.
