Pressure and vibration functions are OK but the heating is very weak. Bought for another person so cannot rate situation pain but, personally found the product less powerful than I imagined. The construction is good and is robust. Order delivered very fast (12 days).

so far so good, it has vibration, heat and air bag compression massage modes, I bought it because of the air bag compression massage….most others only have heat & vibration. Not sure how long it will last, but it seems to be decent quality, works as described, my dad seems to like it.
